- STATUTE-CONFIRMED (10 Sep 2026). Ohio Rev. Code 111.16(F) sets the LLC articles-of-organization fee at ninety-nine dollars. A full section inventory of ORC Chapter 1706 (1706.01-1706.92) contains no annual report requirement for LLCs, unlike Ohio's corporation statutes.
- QUIRK: no annual report for Ohio LLCs - well corroborated but not confirmed on the official FAQ page.
