Ohio

Ohio has no annual report

Ohio does not require a periodic or annual report for a standard LLC. There is no recurring filing to miss and no report fee to budget for.

You still have obligations. Not applicable in year one absent an annual-report requirement. Ohio abolished its corporate franchise tax and has no annual franchise/report tax specific to LLCs. Ohio's Commercial Activity Tax (CAT) is a broad gross-receipts tax that can apply above statutory thresholds but is not an LLC-specific minimum. Current thresholds unverified.

Other deadlines worth knowing about

Deadlines are where an LLC quietly dies — miss enough of them and the state dissolves it administratively. If you file in more than one state, these are the ones to put in the calendar next.
