Confidence
What we're less sure about
Cross-checked, pending a second verification pass
- RE-CHECKED (10 Sep 2026). The 26 May 2026 press release appears to be a retrospective summary of the January/February 2026 fee package, not a further unpublished cut — it references aligning LLC fees with 'the corporate fee of $90', which the current forms already match. Current official forms (DL.pdf rev. 2/27/26, ILC.pdf rev. 1/23/26) still carry these figures and no newer revision supersedes them.
- Still medium confidence: the underlying K.A.R. adopted text could not be extracted reliably. For certainty call KS Business Services on 785-296-4564.
- Kansas changed the LLC annual report to a BIENNIAL Information Report during 2026 — most competitor pages will still describe it as annual.
