Alaska

When your Alaska report is due

Due by January 2 every two years. An LLC created in an EVEN-numbered year files on January 2 of each even year; odd-year entities file in odd years. The filing window opens three months before the deadline.

  • FilingBiennial Report
  • Frequencybiennial
  • Fee$100
  • If you miss it$37.50 late fee if filed/postmarked on or after February 2 (total $137.50).

Confirm this deadline yourself. Missing a filing can get your LLC administratively dissolved. We're still verifying dates state by state — check the source below before you diarise anything.

Other deadlines worth knowing about

Deadlines are where an LLC quietly dies — miss enough of them and the state dissolves it administratively. If you file in more than one state, these are the ones to put in the calendar next.
