When your Pennsylvania report is due

Filed annually between January 1 and September 30. A company's FIRST annual report is due the year FOLLOWING formation — an LLC formed in 2026 files nothing until 2027. This replaced the former decennial report starting with reporting year 2025 (15 Pa.C.S. 146).
