What we're less sure about
Verified against the official state page
- STATUTE-CONFIRMED (10 Sep 2026). Va. Code 13.1-1062: an LLC 'shall pay into the state treasury... an annual registration fee of $50', due 'on or before the last day of the twelfth month next succeeding the month in which it was organized'. Article 11 is titled 'Annual Registration Fees' — Virginia LLCs file no informational annual report at all.
- QUIRK: Virginia charges an annual REGISTRATION FEE, not an annual report - worth a distinct content note.
- $100 + $50 = $150.
