| Newspaper publication | Required within 60 days of formation: notice published three consecutive times in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the statutory agent's address (A.R.S. 29-3201). EXCEPTION: if that address sits in 'a county with a population of more than eight hundred thousand persons,' the Commission publishes to its own database at no charge instead. That exempts Maricopa (~4.4M) and Pima (~1.04M) — most of the state's population. |

- STATUTE-CONFIRMED (10 Sep 2026). The $85 expedite is the total price, not an $85 surcharge on top of $50. The publication exemption threshold (counties over 800,000) is confirmed in A.R.S. 29-3201.
