Due by the end of the calendar quarter in which the LLC was originally registered (Jan-Mar => Mar 31; Apr-Jun => Jun 30; Jul-Sep => Sep 30; Oct-Dec => Dec 31). Entities registered in the same year the report would be due are NOT required to file that first year.
