South Carolina
South Carolina has no annual report
South Carolina does not require a periodic or annual report for a standard LLC. There is no recurring filing to miss and no report fee to budget for.
You still have obligations. Not driven by a missing annual report since none is required. General SC LLC Act provisions can allow administrative dissolution for failure to maintain a registered agent; unverified. No franchise tax / corporate license fee under default (disregarded or partnership) tax treatment, confirmed via SC DOR Revenue Ruling 98-11: 'An individual who is the single member of a LLC is not required to pay a corporate license fee unless the individual elects to have the LLC taxed as a corporation.'

Other deadlines worth knowing about
Deadlines are where an LLC quietly dies — miss enough of them and the state dissolves it administratively. If you file in more than one state, these are the ones to put in the calendar next.
